Caregiver, You Are Taking Care of Someone You Love. Who Is Helping Take Care of You?
You want the very best for your loved one. You also need strength, encouragement, information, support, breathing room and sometimes simply another caring person to help you carry what has become a very heavy load.
Glorious Caregiver Companions is being created for caregivers who believe GOD’S WORD is true, want meaningful support for the seniors they love, and refuse to accept that the rest of their caregiving journey must be defined by exhaustion, isolation, fear and struggle.
We want good for you. We want good for the person you care for. And we believe GOD wants good for HIS children.
You Love Them Deeply. But There Is Only One of You.
Caregiving can make it feel as though you are living two lives at the same time. You are trying to manage your own responsibilities while also carrying responsibility for someone you love.
- Are you tired more often than you would like to admit?
- Do you wish you had more time to simply sit, talk, read, laugh or pray with your loved one?
- Do work, appointments, bills, errands and other responsibilities keep pulling you in different directions?
- Do you sometimes feel guilty because you cannot personally give your loved one all of the companionship you wish you could?
- Is your loved one in a nursing home, assisted living environment or other care setting where staff members cannot always provide extended one on one conversation?
- Would you love for your loved one to have another positive, compassionate person who genuinely wants good for them?
- Do you need additional income, but wonder where you could possibly find time for another traditional job?
- Do you believe helpful programs, resources and opportunities may exist, but you simply do not know where to begin?
- Could you use people praying for you, encouraging you and reminding you of what GOD has said when circumstances are speaking loudly?
If you answered YES to even one of these questions, keep reading.
This may be the kind of support you have been praying to find.
This Is About Helping You Care for Them Without Forgetting About You.
When the person you love receives meaningful support, you benefit too. When you receive encouragement, information, prayer and helpful resources, they can benefit too.
That is why our vision includes support designed to bless both the caregiver and the senior.

You May Be Caring for Them, But GOD Has Not Forgotten About You.
Are you a child of GOD?
If so, here is a truth that should bless you.
As you are caring for someone else, GOD cares about you. Your responsibilities do not cancel HIS promises. Your exhaustion does not change HIS character. Your circumstances do not have greater authority than HIS WORD.
We serve a supernatural GOD.
The GOD WHO raised JESUS from the dead is not intimidated by the circumstances surrounding your life.
“Neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”
Nehemiah 8:10, King James Version“But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.”
Psalm 22:3, King James Version“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”
Psalm 16:11, King James VersionSo when you need strength, we want to encourage you to do more than talk about how difficult caregiving can be.
Praise GOD. Seek GOD. Obey GOD. Believe GOD. Get in HIS PRESENCE and expect HIS WORD to be true.
We are not saying there will never be a difficult day. We are saying difficult days do not get to become your god.
Imagine Knowing Someone Else Is Intentionally Pouring Something Good Into Their Day.
Imagine that you need to work, make calls, finish a project, prepare dinner, handle paperwork, take care of another responsibility or simply lie down and rest.
At the same time, your loved one has a positive companion spending meaningful virtual time with them.
They may be talking together.
Laughing together.
Reading together.
Remembering meaningful moments.
Having a positive conversation.
Praying together, when desired.
Or simply enjoying the gift of having another person present who wants good for them.
Your loved one receives positive attention and companionship.
You receive the comfort of knowing that for that period of time, you are not the only person pouring into them.
Sometimes One Additional Source of Support Can Change So Much.
We call it the Plus One principle.
You may not need fifty new things. Sometimes one right thing arriving at the right time can create a tremendous difference.
You do not know which one thing may become the beginning of a major change for you or your loved one.
That is one reason we believe it is worth continuing to seek.
There May Be Resources Available That You Have Never Even Heard About.
Caregivers often do not have time to search endlessly for information. You may be working, caregiving, managing a household and solving problems all day.
Meanwhile, programs, services, organizations and ideas may exist that could potentially make something easier.
We want to help bring useful information closer to you.

We do not claim to know every resource.

Need More Income But Don’t Have Time for Another Job?
This is a very real problem for caregivers.
Caregiving can increase expenses while reducing the amount of time available to earn additional income.
You may need more money at exactly the same time that you have less time.
We Want to Explore Possibilities.
This may include information about flexible work, business ideas, income producing strategies and opportunities that may fit more naturally around caregiving responsibilities.
That can include exploring ideas with the potential to produce income without requiring every dollar to be tied directly to another hour of your time.
Certain individuals may also have an opportunity to be considered for programs or opportunities made available through our community.
No particular income result is promised or guaranteed. Opportunities, eligibility and results vary by person and circumstance.
We Are Not Building a Community Around Defeat.
There is already plenty of conversation about everything that can go wrong.
We are not pretending challenges do not exist.
We are choosing what we will magnify.
Isaiah 40:31 tells us that those who wait upon THE LORD shall renew their strength.
We are going to encourage caregivers to build their faith, obey GOD, seek wisdom, take practical action and expect GOD to direct their steps.
Glorious Caregiver Companions Is Not for Everyone.
And we are perfectly comfortable saying that.
This IS for you if…
You believe GOD’S WORD is true.
You are willing to seek GOD and obey HIM individually.
You want to become stronger in faith instead of surrendering to fear.
You want the best for the senior you care for.
You are willing to explore practical resources and take appropriate action.
You want to come together with others under GOD’S WORD, GOD’S WILL and GOD’S WAY.
You Do Not Have to Have It All Together.
You can be tired and still choose faith.
You can have unanswered questions and still believe GOD.
You can be in the middle of a difficult situation and still decide that circumstances will not write the ending.
This is for caregivers who are willing to rise up, fight the good fight of faith and become serious about applying GOD’S WORD to their lives.
What Could Happen When People Who Believe GOD Begin Coming Together in Faith?
This begins with each person choosing to obey GOD individually.
We are not asking people to replace their personal relationship with GOD with dependence upon a group.
We want people seeking GOD for themselves.
Then, as people who are individually seeking and obeying GOD come together according to HIS WORD, HIS WILL and HIS WAY, we can encourage one another, pray for one another, share helpful information and stand together in faith.
We believe there is tremendous power when GOD’S people come together in unity.
We look forward to coming together believing for GOD’S best as we obey HIM.
Right Now May Be an Especially Good Time to Find Out What Is Available.
At this time, certain allowances or assistance may be available that can help eligible individuals gain access to some services and resources for a fraction of what they might otherwise cost.
Some services have a limited number of openings.
Available financial allowances or assistance may also be limited.
Availability, eligibility and the amount of any assistance vary. We cannot promise that every applicant will qualify or that every requested service will have an available opening.
That is why the best first step is to complete the brief questionnaire.
Consultation Fees Are Currently Waived.
If an appropriate opportunity or opening appears to be available for what you are seeking, you may be contacted for a consultation.
See What May Be AvailableCaregiver, You Have Been Carrying a Lot. You Do Not Have to Stop Believing GOD for Good.
Imagine having another source of positive companionship for your loved one.
Imagine having people praying for you instead of always needing something from you.
Imagine discovering resources you did not know existed.
Imagine finding an opportunity that creates more financial breathing room.
Imagine becoming stronger spiritually during this season instead of allowing the season to drain everything out of you.
Imagine having peace in the middle of circumstances that are still being worked out.
Imagine watching your loved one enjoy conversation, encouragement, prayer or meaningful interaction while you have time to work, rest or take care of something that needs your attention.
And imagine looking back and realizing:
GOD Was With Us Through It All.
This is not about pretending everything is easy.
It is about refusing to automatically accept the world’s conclusion that your remaining years and your loved one’s remaining years must simply become harder and harder.
We serve GOD. We believe HIS WORD. We will seek HIS wisdom. We will obey. We will take action. And we will expect HIS goodness.
